How often should I replace the filter?
Replace the DIANU filter and pre-filter sponge every 1-2 weeks for best results. Homes with multiple pets, hard water, or heavy use may need a faster routine.
How should I clean the fountain?
Unplug the fountain, empty the water, then rinse water-contact parts with warm, soapy water. Check the pump path for hair or debris and refill with fresh water.
What does four-stage filtration include?
The replacement filter routine includes a pre-filter sponge, cotton layer, activated carbon, and ion exchange resin to support a cleaner daily water path.
